K STUDIO is an architectural and interior design collaborative based in Thane, India. K Studio began its creative story with Architect Krishna Dakshinkar in 2009. The design studio started based on a very simple idea; if design is contextual and functional with an eye for detail, then the people that inhabit the space will likely feel a sense of belonging there as well. This methodology connects theories of beauty, economy and comfort.

The firm is a collaboration of young, creative and enthusiastic members that make the studio an extended family. The firm specializes in Hospitality project with the key members having a collaborative experience of over 45 years. While the key fields of expertise are Architecture and Interior Design, the firm also extends their scope to Hotel facility planning and Kitchen planning for mid-size Hotels and stand-alone restaurants.
